A Helping Hand

The District Attorney’s office represents the people of the State of Alabama in prosecuting all felony criminal cases and certain misdemeanor offenses which occur within the county. Our office is located in the TK Davis Justice Center in Opelika.

This site exists as a resource for the citizens of Lee County — especially those who have been victims of crime — to assist in navigating the justice system.

We believe this will allow you to know us better by providing detailed information on the functions and duties of our office as well as the people in the office who are working every day to provide justice for crime victims and helping to create a safer Lee County.
