The purpose of the Restitution Recovery Unit is to monitor, track, and collect delinquent restitution owed in criminal cases. The Restitution Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and tracking all court ordered payments made by the defendant.

The Restitution Coordinator enforces the court’s order with several different methods including restitution dockets, contempt hearings, and restitution agreements. Different payment methods have also been made available for defendants to remain compliant, including online and by phone payments
