Assistant District Attorney
PURPOSE
Assistant District Attorneys are responsible for the prosecution of a wide array of criminal offenses and handle all phases of a prosecution from pre-investigation through post-sentence appeals with an emphasis on serious and complex litigation. The ADA role reports directly to the District Attorney and the Chief District Attorney.
Litigation Specialist
PURPOSE
Provide administrative support to both the District Attorney’s Office and the Assistant District Attorney. Litigation paralegal professional with at least 3 years of experience and a proven record of long-term, stable employment. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all case management tasks.
